Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable

This service includes; keeping detailed information on accounts receivable such as; bills that have been paid or need payment. For accounts payable, it includes; recording information for accounts that owe your business payments for services or products.

Invoicing

This service includes; Creating Invoice for clients, batch invoicing, and recurring invoices.

Bank Reconciliation

This service includes; Bank reconciliation at the end of each month. After the bank issues your month of transactions, I will go back and compare to the software and make sure they match before going forward to the next month. Any discrepancies will be fixed and calculated to keep books in order.

Payroll

This service includes; Taking all employees and getting them set up on payroll with correct state deductions. The way you chose to pay your employees is up to you; I can do weekly payroll or bi-weekly payroll.

Monthly Financial Reports

This service includes; A print out at the end of the month that will help you make further business decisions. It can help in growing your business and even help in making better business decisions on cutbacks or splurges.

Manual Bookkeeping

This service is to ensure that you can be confident that when you have serious bookkeeping problems from a previous bookkeeper that I can go in and track down manually what went wrong. Sometimes it could take a manual approach to fix the miscalculations and getting you back on track on the online platform.
